Hailee Horton is the Market Center Tech Trainer, dedicated to making technology approachable and empowering for agents at every level. A local agent herself, she leads tech classes, coordinates office-wide events, assists in onboarding new agents, and introduces tools to keep the office ahead of the curve. Outside the office, Hailee volunteers with differently abled adults and teaches dance to children—bringing the same heart and patience to her community as she does to her tech training.
